At our local Tofu Shop, I bought some carrot pasta, manufactured by Yupin Foods. J has asked for spaghetti tonight, so I thought I’d give the carrot pasta (spaghetti) a try. It is made from wheat flour, carrot juice, water and salt. I just don’t know what sauce to serve with it.
